Returns

The Tipsy Trivet has a 14-day return policy. Please email us at thetipsytrivet@gmail.com to discuss the return of your item. If you are not happy with your item(s), you may return them for an exchange of like items or store credit. Refunds are only given to defective items at the discretion of management once the item has been received.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged. We take great care in packaging your items once they are ready for shipment. If you receive a damaged item, please let us know within 3 business days of receipt. Failure to do so voids the return policy. You must keep the damaged item and all packaging until we let you know that you may discard them. Failure to do so will also void the return. Please note that we are a small business and need to go through the USPS for damages and are at their mercy. Please be patient with this process.

We do not allow refunds on custom pieces or fees associated with custom work. We make sure that you approve designs every step of the way by sending pictures and getting approval from you before proceeding to the next step.
