What is a trivet?
Trivet is another name for a coaster. They are a great way to add personality to a table or room.
Are these handmade?
Yes! Each and every trivet is handmade by one person.
How do you make your trivets?
Well, I really can’t reveal my secrets. Just know each one is made with care.
Are your trivets the kind that soak up water?
No, they do not soak up water. They are water resistant though.
Why are my trivets not an exact match?
The trivets are handmade, and it depends on the cut from the design. While they come from the same larger design, each individual trivet will vary slightly.
What about the Glittered Goblets?
While I don’t make the actual glass, I do hand glitter each and every one in a several step process.
Are the Glittered Goblets dishwasher safe?
No, you’ll need to hand wash these beauties.
Do you do custom work?
Yes we do. Contact us to work out the details at thetipsytrivet@gmail.com There is a small customizing fee associated with this.
Will you do any custom work I want?
It depends. We will not do custom work if it includes derogatory wording (we have several pieces for sale with curse words which under normal circumstances are fine), nudity, or discrimination of any kind. We have the right to refuse to do any type of work we are uncomfortable with. We can give you more information if you contact us at thetipsytrivet@gmail.com with your request.
How long will it take to get my order?
We usually have everything in stock. Orders are pulled and packaged within one-three business day and shipped within five. If we notice that we cannot fulfill your order, you will be notified via the method you provide at checkout. We will make arrangements with you about the items on backorder. We notify you when your order has been shipped, but actual delivery time is determined by the carrier.
